POSITION SUMMARY
The Director of Digital Growth will lead 10X Health's paid digital acquisition strategy across paid social, paid search, video, Connected TV, and emerging performance channels. This role is responsible for driving efficient customer acquisition, improving return on ad spend, and building a disciplined testing approach across audiences, creative, bidding, landing pages, and conversion flow.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands the mechanics of performance marketing and can lead both strategy and execution. The Director, Digital Growth will manage performance marketers and channel specialists while remaining close enough to the work to audit accounts, evaluate campaign structure, identify inefficiencies, and translate channel performance into clear business insights.
This role will also oversee SEO and AI driven organic search strategy, helping 10X Health improve visibility across traditional search engines and emerging AI discovery platforms. The Director of Digital Growth will partner closely with Creative, eCommerce, Product Marketing, Analytics, and Executive Leadership to ensure acquisition efforts are aligned with revenue goals and the customer journey.

OBJECTIVES
Paid Digital Acquisition
  • Own paid digital programs across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging acquisition channels
  • Develop and manage campaign strategies across audience architecture, creative testing, bidding, budget allocation, and performance optimization
  • Set clear ROAS, CAC, CPL, and conversion goals and hold campaigns accountable to measurable business outcomes
  • Audit accounts regularly to identify inefficiencies, performance gaps, and opportunities for scale
  • Build a testing framework that produces meaningful insights and improves performance over time
Video, Creative, and Channel Expansion
  • Lead YouTube, paid video, and CTV acquisition strategy with a clear understanding of how video supports both awareness and conversion
  • Partner with Creative to develop briefs rooted in performance data, customer insights, and channel specific best practices
  • Evaluate new platforms and growth opportunities with a disciplined ROI lens and clear testing hypotheses
  • Ensure creative performance learnings are shared across marketing, creative, and eCommerce teams

SEO and AI Search Optimization
  • Own SEO strategy across keyword architecture, content priorities, technical SEO, and organic search performance
  • Build a clear strategy for AI driven discovery across Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, Claude, ChatGPT search, and other emerging search surfaces
  • Develop the playbook for how 10X Health shows up in AI generated recommendations and health related search results
  • Partner with content and product marketing teams to improve organic visibility for priority products, services, and health topics

Team Leadership and Performance Management
  • Lead, coach, and develop performance marketers and channel specialists across paid media, SEO, and content
  • Establish clear KPIs, reporting cadences, and accountability across the digital growth function
  • Create a culture of ownership, testing, speed, and continuous improvement
  • Translate channel performance into clear recommendations for marketing leadership and executive stakeholders
Cross Functional Partnership
  • Partner closely with eCommerce on traffic quality, landing page performance, conversion flow, and post click behavior
  • Work with Product Marketing to align messaging, positioning, and campaign priorities
  • Collaborate with Analytics to improve reporting, attribution, and visibility into performance drivers
  • Communicate what is working, what is not working, and where investment should shift based on data and business impact

COMPETENCIES
  • Deep understanding of paid digital acquisition across search, social, video, and emerging channels, with the ability to assess account structure, campaign performance, and optimization opportunities directly
  • Ability to build disciplined testing frameworks across creative, audience, landing page, bidding, and channel strategy that lead to clear performance learnings
  • Strong analytical judgment with the ability to work through imperfect attribution, identify meaningful trends, and make sound budget recommendations
  • Full-funnel marketing mindset with an understanding of how paid traffic, landing pages, messaging, user experience, and conversion performance work together
  • Ability to lead and develop performance marketers while maintaining accountability, pace, and high standards of execution
  • Clear business communication skills with the ability to translate marketing performance into revenue impact, risk, tradeoffs, and next steps for leadership
  • Working knowledge of SEO, technical search priorities, content strategy, and AI driven search visibility
  • Comfort operating in a fast paced, performance driven environment where priorities shift and results are highly visible

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
  • 8+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital growth, paid acquisition, or a related marketing function
  • 3+ years of experience leading performance marketing teams or managing direct reports
  • Experience managing significant paid media budgets across multiple digital channels
  • Demonstrated success improving customer acquisition, ROAS, CAC, CPL, conversion rate, or other performance marketing metrics
  • Experience with DTC, health, wellness, diagnostics, supplements, telehealth, or another considered purchase consumer category preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
