Job description

Job Summary:

Processors must be versatile and willing to perform a variety of tasks including, but not limited to, gutting, cleaning, packing and icing of seafood; operating various types of machinery; and general cleaning of work areas. Working conditions vary depending upon tasks assigned, which could include noisy areas where machines are operating, wet areas where seafood is cleaned, and cold areas such as walk-in freezers. Much of the work is repetitive due to mechanization and large volumes of product processed. In short, the nature of the work is not glamorous.

We are looking for hardworking employees who have the mindset to not quit and know how to push through those hard days because they know the return of a LARGE PAYCHECK is worth it!.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean, fillet, grade, and package seafood products.
  • Carefully remove shells, bones, and any unwanted parts from the seafood products.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of seafood products for freshness, quality, and adherence to specifications.
  • Skillfully operate and maintain processing equipment and tools, following proper procedures.
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations, ensuring that our products are prepared in a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to ensure a smooth production flow
  • Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for everyone.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times, contributing to a productive and efficient workspace.

Work
