Seacrest Services, Inc. is a leading property management company based in West Palm Beach, Florida, dedicated to delivering high-quality maintenance and management services to community associations. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the main office and assisting the Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) with daily operations. This position offers a consistent Monday through Thursday schedule from 9am to 5pm, with occasional Friday hours as needed, making it ideal for candidates seeking work-life balance in a professional setting.

Responsibilities
  • Provide daily administrative support to the manager, including filing, answering phones, creating files, and assisting residents.
  • Interact directly with the Property Manager and Board of Directors, processing and logging all calls and correspondence.
  • Generate correspondence, including mailings and violation letters, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Maintain regular communication with the Property Manager to keep them informed of all issues and receive direction for resolution.
Qualifications
  • Energetic with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience working with HOA or Condo Associations is strongly preferred.
