• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the mental health and emotional well-being of clients, effectively identifying immediate and long-term needs.
• Design, implement, and regularly update personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique goals, ensuring a client-centered approach.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, engaging clients in individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing cognitive-behavioral techniques and other modalities.
• Monitor clients' progress meticulously, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans in response to changing needs or treatment responses.
• Provide crisis intervention and emotional support for clients experiencing urgent psychological distress, guiding them through immediate challenges.
• Maintain precise and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with all relevant legal, ethical, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team of medical professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and nurses, to provide comprehensive mental health care.
• Engage in ongoing education about advancements in mental health treatments, ensuring the integration of the latest research findings and methodologies.
• Participate in regular supervision sessions and training workshops to further develop clinical skills and stay abreast of best practices in therapy.
• Uphold ethical guidelines and professional standards as prescribed by state licensure boards and professional organizations.

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse population of clients, including adults, couples, and families experiencing a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and relationship challenges. Your commitment will directly contribute to improving their emotional health and overall life satisfaction.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.
• Active state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist is essential (LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, LCSW-C).
• Exceptional clinical assessment and diagnostic skills are necessary for effective evaluation and treatment.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating strong therapeutic relationships with clients.

• A minimum of three years of direct experience in mental health counseling or therapy is required.
• Experience with various therapeutic approaches, particularly those known to be effective in community health settings.
