Job description

Position Summary
The AM Food & Beverage Attendant at Fraser's Tavern plays a dual-role position supporting both Front of House and Back of House operations during breakfast service. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional, personalized guest experiences while ensuring efficient food preparation and service execution. The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong service mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to seamlessly transition between guest-facing and culinary responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Front of House (FOH)
  • Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests, delivering anticipatory and personalized service throughout the dining experience
  • Accurately take and input food and beverage orders into the POS system, ensuring efficiency and precision
  • Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established standards
  • Prepare basic bar beverages, including select cocktails and mixed drinks, following standard recipes and presentation guidelines
  • Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages while maintaining quality and presentation standards
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of dining and service areas
  • Proactively anticipate guest needs, resolve concerns, and enhance the overall guest experience
Back of House (BOH)
  • Operate a flat-top grill to prepare breakfast items, including made-to-order breakfast sandwiches
  • Cook eggs and other breakfast items to guest specifications with consistency and accuracy
  • Toast buns, assemble sandwiches, and prepare breakfast proteins (e.g., bacon) to established standards
  • Ensure all food preparation meets health, safety, and quality guidelines
  • Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of kitchen and prep areas in compliance with food safety standards
  • Follow all local health department regulations and company sanitation protocols
Qualifications
  • Previous Food & Beverage or hospitality experience preferred
  • Basic culinary skills and experience working with a flat-top grill strongly preferred
  • Ability to effectively multitask between FOH and BOH responsibilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first mindset
