Sigma Defense is currently seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our team in Huntsville, AL.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience with software defined radios.
  • Experience in programming SDRs using GNURadio and Python.
  • Intellectually agile and willing to learn new skills.
  • Experience with SDRs, their programming and their use is a must.
  • SDR experience can include hobbyist level SDRs to full high fidelity systems.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.

Candidate Differentiators:

  • Effective technical skills (including experience in modulation techniques, circuits design and analysis).
  • The ability to work under pressure with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in Team Environment.

Personnel Clearance Level:

  • Assist in developing modulation schemes based on customer input and test data.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 annually.
