About BreachLock

BreachLock is a global cybersecurity company providing organizations with offensive security and continuous security validation solutions. We help organizations identify, prioritize, and remediate vulnerabilities before attackers can exploit them. As we continue to expand our U.S. sales organization, we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated SDR Manager to build, lead, and scale our Sales Development team from our Long Island office.

The Role

The SDR Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and performance of our SDR organization. This person will play a critical role in building a predictable outbound pipeline engine and developing SDRs into high-performing sales professionals. This is a hands-on, in-office leadership position. The ideal candidate is a strong sales coach who understands modern outbound prospecting, knows how to create accountability, and is comfortable jumping into calls, reviewing activity, coaching messaging, and helping reps overcome objections. You will work closely with the VP of Sales and Account Executive team to establish targets, improve processes, optimize outbound campaigns, and ensure SDR-generated opportunities turn into meaningful pipeline.

Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Management
  • Recruit, onboard, train, and develop SDRs.
  • Establish clear daily, weekly, and monthly performance expectations.
  • Manage SDR activity, meeting, pipeline, and conversion metrics.
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Create a culture of accountability, competition, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Recognize top performers and identify performance gaps early.
  • Develop career paths for SDRs into Account Executive and other sales roles.
Sales Development & Outbound Strategy
  • Build and continuously improve the company’s outbound prospecting strategy.
  • Develop account and prospecting strategies alongside Account Executives.
  • Establish effective call, email, LinkedIn, and multi-channel sequences.
  • Help SDRs develop messaging that resonates with cybersecurity and technology executives.
  • Test and optimize prospecting campaigns based on performance data.
  • Identify new opportunities to improve lead generation and meeting conversion.
Coaching & Enablement
  • Conduct call reviews and provide actionable coaching.
  • Perform live call coaching and role‑playing sessions.
  • Coach SDRs on discovery, objection handling, messaging, and prospect engagement.
  • Develop training programs for new and existing SDRs.
  • Work with sales leadership to continually improve SDR onboarding and ramp time.
  • Share successful messaging and prospecting techniques across the team.
Pipeline & Performance Management
  • Own SDR team KPIs and performance reporting.
  • Track activity, meetings booked, meetings held, opportunities created, pipeline generated, and conversion rates.
  • Identify trends and performance issues within the team.
  • Forecast SDR-generated pipeline and communicate results to sales leadership.
  • Work closely with Account Executives to improve SDR-to-opportunity conversion.
  • Ensure CRM activity and data remain accurate and up to date.
What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, SDR/BDR, or business development.
  • 1+ years of experience managing or leading SDR/BDR teams preferred.
  • Demonstrated success building outbound pipeline.
  • Strong understanding of modern sales development methodologies.
  • Excellent coaching and communication skills.
  • Highly analytical and comfortable managing performance through KPIs.
  • Strong understanding of CRM and sales engagement platforms.
  • Experience selling technology, SaaS, cybersecurity, or other complex B2B solutions preferred.
  • Highly organized and process-oriented.
  • Competitive, energetic, and results-driven.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Ability and willingness to work full-time from our Long Island office.
What Success Looks Like

The SDR Manager will be successful when the team consistently generates qualified meetings and predictable pipeline while SDRs are continuously improving their skills and progressing through their careers. The ideal candidate is a player-coach who doesn’t simply manage dashboards—they understand how to prospect, can demonstrate effective sales techniques, and can actively make their team better.

Why Join BreachLock?
  • Build and lead a growing U.S. SDR organization.
  • Work directly with senior sales leadership.
  • Help shape the company’s outbound sales strategy.
  • Career growth within a rapidly expanding cybersecurity company.
  • High-energy, collaborative in‑office environment.
  • Opportunity to develop and implement your own sales development strategies.
  • Competitive compensation and performance-based incentives.
