Job description

As an Account Manager at StradIT, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients, responsible for managing and nurturing long-term relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to understand client needs, develop strategic account plans, and deliver tailored solutions that align with their objectives.
Your role will involve proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, managing contract renewals, and addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively. You will also track account performance metrics and provide regular updates to both clients and management.
Requirements
4+ years of proven experience as an SDR/ BDR/ Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role.
Experience with sales processes, contract negotiation, and account planning.
Prior experience working with financial services or banking clients is required.
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
Experience managing relationships with budget owners.
Eligibility to work in the United States.
