A thoughtful, friendly individual and former human services professional living in Boonton is looking for the right person to join their team as a Self-Directed Employee (SDE)—someone who supports them in a respectful, dignified, and enjoyable way. This person knows exactly what works best for them and leads the way—you'll be there to assist physically while they take the lead. They're active in the community and passionate about literature, creative writing, advocacy, and giving back through volunteer work. Other tasks include assisting this person with getting to bed, light housekeeping, and other overnight needs. If you enjoy meaningful connections, like to laugh, and take pride in being dependable and kind, this might be the perfect opportunity. What You’ll Be Doing Together:

Supporting community engagement and advocacy efforts

Running errands and completing everyday tasks

Being a trusted and reliable partner in day-to-day life

Available Schedules:

Monday through Friday: 10 pm-6 am

Saturday and Sunday 10 pm-6 am

*This is the ideal schedule for two different staff workers; however, depending on the availability of qualified candidates, the breakdown of days can be flexible.
