The Enrollment Support Processor provides administrative support to the Regent University Enrollment Management team and department. Staff are responsible for analyzing, interpreting and reviewing all submitted academic recruit and admissions materials and updates to student records in the Banner & RECRUIT (CRM) systems to ensure accuracy with all forms of data entry into these university student information systems. This position manages student records from the point of initial inquiry to registered student, while also serving as a part of the student support team with the requesting & processing of transcripts. All University document control for the admissions, financial aid and military functions also funnel through this role. This position understands University policies, procedures, and accreditation regulations as relating to accurate data management.
Work Location: Virginia Beach, VA. (Qualified candidates may be considered for remote work.)
Salary: $32,000 - $37,000 annually
Essential duties:
  • Accurately and efficiently enter and verify student information by processing and managing prospect/applicant/student information in all related student information systems utilized by Enrollment Management. Some of these data entry duties entail: processing inquiry requests, academic decisions, updating student status documents, and performing on-going maintenance of academic records. Manage prospect and applicant communication plans, troubleshoot issues related to data processing, and report verification of completed processes.
  • Review and evaluate university prospective student inquiries and requests for information. Systematically or manually match/create new student records and generate communication plans in the student management system.
  • Prepare applicant files for review by Enrollment Management (EM) decision committees by processing supplemental items, ensuring academic records are properly maintained and adhere to state, federal and accreditation regulations.
  • Create student registration accounts and coordinate with EM departments and Central University offices to record receipt of enrollment deposits, application fees, and other status updates.

Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree required (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Must have working knowledge of databases (SCT's Banner Student Management System experience preferred)

  • Must have a strong desire to work with people and positively respond to their requests for information
  • Must have exceptional customer service skills
