What is the next role after Scrum Master?

The next role after Scrum Master often involves moving into positions such as Agile Coach, Product Owner, or Project Manager, depending on the individual's experience and career goals. These roles typically require strong leadership, facilitation skills, and a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence.

Is AI replacing Scrum Master?

AI is not replacing Scrum Masters, as their role involves facilitation, team coaching, and conflict resolution that require human judgment and interpersonal skills. While AI tools can assist with project tracking and data analysis, the core responsibilities of a Scrum Master—such as fostering collaboration and removing impediments—remain reliant on human expertise. Continuous learning and certification in Agile practices are important for Scrum Masters to adapt to evolving tools and methodologies.

What is the 3 5 3 rule in scrum?

The 3-5-3 rule in Scrum refers to a guideline for daily stand-up meetings, suggesting they should last no more than 15 minutes, with each team member speaking for about 3 minutes, and the entire meeting wrapping up within 3 rounds of updates. This helps keep the Scrum Master Two and the team focused and efficient during daily synchronization. Effective time management in Scrum ceremonies supports team productivity and transparency.
