Job Summary:
Georgia IT, Inc. is seeking a Release Train Engineer/Senior Scrum Master. The role involves leading Agile transformations and coaching teams within an Agile solution environment.
Responsibilities:
• Must Have Release Train Engineering experience
• Exposure and experience with SAFe
• Ability to coach and train teams and programs while engaging with leadership
Qualifications:
Required:
• Must Have Release Train Engineering experience
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
• 15 or more years of experience in Information Technology environment
• Seven or more years of experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and support tools
• Five or more years of experience within an Agile solution environment working on large scale, multiple scrum team
• Three or more years of experience leading Agile transformation
• Experience in SAFe environment
• Agile or Professional Coaching certification, or equivalent work experience
• Exposure and experience with SAFe
• Ability to coach and train teams and programs while engaging with leadership
Preferred:
• Extensive experience with Agile engineering practices and techniques
• Working knowledge of system development lifecycle (SDLC) and process change/improvement
• Experience communicating with leadership (lead through influence)
