Is PMP or Scrum better?

For a Scrum Developer, Scrum certifications like Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Developer (PSD) are more relevant, focusing on Agile practices and team collaboration. The choice depends on the role's focus; Scrum certifications are typically more aligned with development teams working in Agile environments.

What does a Scrum developer do?

A Scrum developer is a team member responsible for designing, coding, testing, and implementing software features within a Scrum framework. They collaborate with product owners and other team members during sprint planning and daily stand-ups, often using tools like Jira or Trello, to deliver working software in iterative cycles.

They collaborate with the Scrum Team, including the Product Owner and Scrum Master, to ensure the successful completion of each sprint. Scrum Developers follow Agile principles, participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, and continuously improve through feedback and iteration. What is the 3 5 3 rule in Scrum?

The 3-5-3 rule in Scrum refers to a guideline for team communication and planning, suggesting that daily stand-up meetings should last around 15 minutes (3 questions, 5 minutes each), with sprint planning and review sessions kept concise to maintain efficiency.
