Description:
Client is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer and Platform Configuration Administrator with strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, platform administration, configuration, integrations, and AI-powered workflows. The candidate must have experience with the ServiceNow Zurich release.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, and business processes.
  • Develop and implement AI-powered workflows and automation within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Configure and administer ServiceNow platform components, including tables, forms, fields, lists, roles, groups, ACLs, notifications, UI policies, and business rules.
  • Develop and maintain Flow Designer, Workflow, IntegrationHub, and automation solutions.
  • Leverage ServiceNow AI capabilities, including AI-powered workflows, intelligent automation, and related Now Assist capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain Script Includes, Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Actions, UI Policies, and Data Policies.
  • Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications using REST, SOAP, APIs, IntegrationHub, and web services.
  • Perform platform configuration, administration, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot complex application, workflow, integration, and platform issues.
  • Participate in ServiceNow upgrades, patches, testing, and release management, with specific experience supporting the Zurich release.
