  • Craft and refine aggressive yet professional sales scripts tailored to parents, adults, and diverse audiences.

  • Manage and optimize our CRM system (e.g., Zen Planner) to track leads, automate follow-ups, and boost conversions.

  • Follow up persistently with leads to achieve high conversion rates and exceed sales targets.

  • Promote new programs, such as summer camps and homeschooling classes, to drive growth.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of high-ticket B2C sales experience (e.g., fitness memberships, insurance, timeshares, or education programs).

  • Proven track record of high conversion rates (e.g., 20%+ of leads closed).

  • Expertise in CRM systems (e.g., Zen Planner, Salesforce, HubSpot) for lead management and reporting.

  • Experience writing or customizing sales scripts to overcome objections and close deals.

  • Exceptional communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.

  • Self-motivated, high-energy, and able to work on-site during business hours.

  • Passion for martial arts or fitness is a plus but not required.

Why Join Gracie Barra?

  • Represent the world’s largest martial arts brand, known for its structured curriculum and global community.

  • Work in a growing academy with exciting programs like sold-out summer camps and expanding classes.

  • Earn competitive pay with uncapped commissions and perks like free academy membership.

  • Join a vibrant, mission-driven team dedicated to transforming lives through martial arts.

Note: The interview will be conducted entirely in English to assess your communication, sales, and objection-handling abilities. If you’re a tenacious closer ready to drive explosive growth for Gracie Barra, we want to hear from you!
