Summary
Evergreen Real Estate Partners is looking for a motivated, client-centered Showing Specialist to join our energetic real estate team. This role presents an excellent chance to jumpstart your real estate career by gaining hands-on experience, receiving personalized mentorship, and working closely with clients-without the hurdles of starting from scratch.
As a Showing Specialist, you will lead prospective buyers through property tours, help them clarify their preferences, and confidently assist them as they move toward making offers. If you excel in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and are eager to quickly build your skills, this position offers the support, tools, and opportunities needed to grow your career.
Responsibilities
  • Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program
  • Collaborate with sales agents to assist clients in finding suitable homes
  • Deliver comprehensive written feedback to help clients refine their search criteria
  • Draft and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agents and clients
  • Dedicate at least 10 hours per week to lead generation
  • Engage in weekly script practice sessions as per team guidelines
  • Take part in team activities according to team standards
  • Attend weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls
  • Record tasks and activities using PLACE Technology

    To be eligible for this position, you must hold a valid real estate license. We cannot proceed with hiring otherwise.
