Are you meticulous and motivated to excel in the real estate industry? We are looking for a committed Real Estate Assistant to become an integral part of our energetic team. In this position, you will assist our agents by handling administrative duties, organizing property listings, and maintaining clear communication with clients. Your excellent organizational abilities and proactive mindset will play a key role in providing outstanding service. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced setting and are passionate about advancing your real estate career, we want to connect with you!
Responsibilities
  • Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
  • Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
  • Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients' search criteria
  • Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
  • Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
