Job Description:

  • We're looking for a curious and driven CloudOps AI Intern to join our infrastructure team as we evolve our AWS cloud operations with AI.

  • You need a hunger to learn, a problem-solving mindset, and an interest in how AI is transforming the way modern infrastructure is built and managed.

  • You'll be embedded with senior engineers, learning AWS fundamentals while directly contributing to our AI-driven operations initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Shadow and assist senior CloudOps engineers as they integrate AI tooling into day-to-day AWS infrastructure workflows

  • Help research, test, and document AI tools and LLM-based solutions for use cases like automated alerting, log analysis, and runbook generation

  • Write basic automation scripts (Python or Bash) to support operational tasks

  • Assist with monitoring dashboards and help surface insights using AI-powered observability tools on AWS (CloudWatch, New Relic, DataDog, etc.)

  • Contribute to knowledge base articles, internal wikis, and process documentation

  • Participate in team standups, incident reviews, and planning sessions to gain exposure to real-world CloudOps practices

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field

  • Genuine curiosity about AI and how it can be applied to real-world technical problems

  • Willingness to learn AWS on the job

  • Basic programming exposure — Python, Bash, or any scripting experience is helpful

  • Strong written communication skills for documentation and async collaboration

  • A self-starter attitude with the ability to ask good questions and take initiative

Nice to Have

  • Any hands-on experimentation with AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, API integrations, etc.)

  • Exposure to Linux command line or basic networking concepts

Salary: $ 24 per hour.
