Job description

Essential Job Functions:

Team member will serve as a Senior Subject Matter Expert associated with content, processes, and procedures associated with ERP. Candidate will be a key lead for the agency providing in depth knowledge and analysis.

Skills:

- Work with Program Office to resolve system issues, proposal system enhancements, perform regression testing, and assist the FIAR team with financial data retrieval, reconciliation, communication of system controls and end user training

- Define detailed requirements, analyze business needs, and validate solutions with the client

- Detail requirements through discussions with end users and managers, coordinate with program management office, and tests the potential solutions

- Support the implementation of system upgrades and enhancements to the applications such as preparing, coordinating, and facilitating test events and process mocks. Implementation support also includes documenting agency business rules and standard operating procedures

- Assist with testing to ensure data integrity, and assist by creating detailed test scripts

- Assist in preparing the agency for audit (e.g. addressing corrective action plans related to DAI)

- Provide top level support for Duget to Reporting, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Acquire to Retire, Projects and Reporting

- Evaluates the current processes and suggests improvements

- Assist with complex user or system issues

Qualifications:

- Ten or more years of DAI or Oracle experience

- Bachelors (business or accounting preferred). Additional years of relevant system experience can be substituted for a Bachelor's degree

- CDFM, PMP and/or CPA desired

- SECRET CLEARANCE REQUIRED
