Job description

Duties of Position:
  • Answer student questions through email using our Salesforce system
  • Use a script to complete high volume calling campaigns
  • Analyze reports and data entry
  • Help staff campus events
  • Answer phone calls from students as needed
  • Assist OSFA staff with projects
  • General office duties include copying, filing, document intake and scanning
  • Other duties as assigned
Education Requirements:  In order to apply for this position, you must be a current Harper College student, enrolled in at least six credits per semester (three credits for Summer), and be in good academic standing. 
Experience Requirements:

  • Microsoft Word and Excel skills a plus
Schedule Information: 
OSFA will work together with the student aide to determine a weekly schedule based on student's availability.  Students cannot work during scheduled class time. Flexible schedule but must have availability to work during our regular open hours of Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm. Maximum of 20 hours per week.
