Job description

New Hire Incentive is available for up to $8,000 for those who qualify.

This is a full-time position (64 hours per pay period) working varied 8-hour day and mid shifts. Scheduling flexibility is required, including availability to work weekends and holidays, as well as participation in the on-call rotation. This position is located at Scripps Green Hospital.

Scripps Green Hospital has served the greater San Diego community since 1977 and is attached to Scripps Clinic Torrey Pines Urgent Care. Together we offer dozens of medical and surgical services, including cancer care, orthopedic surgery and organ transplantation.

The following are not eligible for hiring incentives:

  • Internal candidates
  • Rehires that left Scripps less than 3 years ago
  • New Graduates (Must have at least 1 year of Radiologic Tech experience)

In order to remain eligible for your retention incentive the following criteria must be met:

  • Must remain in original hired FTE Status and Shift (if specified in offer letter)
  • Must remain in original department/specialty
  • Must remain in original Job Title
  • Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically noted in your offer letter.

Required Qualifications:

  • CRT
  • FLUORO ELIGIBLE (MUST OBTAIN FLUORO WITHIN 6 MONTHS OF HIRE DATE)
  • BLS from the American Heart Association
  • Completion of a formal training/educational program in an approved school of Radiology Technology
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • ARRT
  • C-Arm experience
  • Imaging experience in a hospital or clinic setting
  • Knowledge of patient focused care delivery
