Otolaryngologist - ENT Physician
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 1:4 Call Pay Rate: $600000.00 - $600000.00

A thriving independent health system in Southern Missouri, just over an hour from St. Louis, is seeking an Otolaryngologist to join their team of 4 physicians and 2 advanced practice providers. This is a rare opportunity to become part of a highly respected, well-established ENT program within a 250+ provider network.

Position Highlights:

  • Guaranteed Base Salary of $600,000 or greater based on productivity
  • Up to $42,000/year in Student Loan Repayment
  • $50,000 Sign-On Bonus or Monthly Residency Stipend
  • Relocation Assistance up to $15,000
  • 3 nights/month of call at a single hospital – Enjoy work-life balance
  • 25 days PTO + CME stipend & days
  • Full benefits package including malpractice, health, dental, and retirement plans

Practice Details:

  • Join a collaborative team of 4 ENT physicians, 2 NPs, 2 audiologists, and allergy staff
  • No post-clinic notes â€“ scribes provided at all times
  • Full-spectrum ENT including thyroid/parathyroid, head & neck oncology, and more
