Embroidery and Engraving machines, Screen Printing. Prior experience is helpful, Creative, Self-starter, Computer experience helpful, Family run business for 48 years, lots of opportunity to grow

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production: Set up and operate manual or automatic screen printing presses.
  • Pre-press: Prepare screens, burn images, and mix inks to match design specifications.
  • Quality Control: Inspect finished products for quality, ensuring accuracy and consistency with customer orders.
  • Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area and perform basic machine maintenance to ensure equipment is running efficiently.
  • Deadline Management: Meet production deadlines and prioritize jobs effectively.

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify color inconsistencies or printing defects.
  • Good mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
