) Summary:
The primary role of the Administrative Assistant is to be the first point of contact for all guests who enter the building. This position will help all departments with administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
  • Greets, screens and checkin-in guests, residents and staff as they enter the facility.
  • Acts as the first point of contact for incoming calls and inquaries, transfers calls to appropriate staff.
  • Assists all departments with administrative needs (reporting, word docs, excel spreadsheets, etc.)

Qualifications:
  • Must be able to follow instructions and multi-task
  • Must be able to speak, read and write the English language clearly and understandably.
  • Must be able to follow written and oral instructions.
  • Proficient with computers to include: MS Software, printers, scanners, fax, etc.
  • Some previous experaince in a administrative role or in the healthcare field preferred.
