RESPONSIBILITIES
Reviews artwork and supplies feedback to marketing managers on most cost-effective ways to produce campaigns while achieving objectives.
Maintains production schedules, manages the proofing, and sign off process and delivery of final product. Orders printed materials and mailing services by creating specifications and schedule. Production projects include direct mail packages of varying formats.
Maintains professional working relationship with internal team, operational business units, and Direct Response vendors.
Ensures quality control standards are met for printing, personalization, lettershop, postal sortation for direct response fundraising campaigns. Use of project management tools and various reporting and records management
Monitors processes/rules and makes recommendations to improve efficiency of production process.
Provides and maintains reports and adherence to records management policies and procedures.
