HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

We are seeking a reliable and proactive team member to help support the day-to-day workflow of The Studio Line. This position involves operating screen printing, preparing garments, ensuring design accuracy, and supporting order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. This is an in-office, part-time position located at OneBeat West (Lawrence Township, NJ). We are looking for someone to work around 20 hours/week.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Operate screen printing equipment to apply custom designs onto apparel and merchandise (e.g., t-shirts, sweatshirts, tote bags, etc.).
  • Prepare and organize garments for printing, including tagging, folding, and sorting by size and order.
  • Assist with vinyl cutting, heat pressing, and screen printing as needed.
  • Ensure design accuracy and quality control, checking for proper placement, color, and alignment on finished products.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning machines and disposing of scrap materials.
  • Pack and label finished products accurately for distribution to event locations or customers.
  • Help track inventory levels of blank garments, supplies, and printed merchandise. Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures to ensure safe and efficient workflows.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn new equipment, tools, and processes

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior experience in screen printing, garment production, or related hands-on production work is preferred but not required (training provided)
