We are looking for an experienced Screed Operator to join our team in the operation of an asphalt paver. • Work in Variable Conditions: Be prepared to work in various weather conditions and on challenging terrains, ensuring that the work is performed efficiently despite external factors.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a screed operator or in a similar role is preferred. Experience with asphalt pavers or heavy construction equipment is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Paving Operations: Understanding of how to adjust and operate the screed to meet the required specifications for smoothness and asphalt consistency.
