Scratch Restaurants Group is actively recruiting for an outgoing and experienced fine dining
General Manager who is interested in taking on a new challenge. This dynamic role requires a
leader with strong hospitality acumen, proven leadership experience in multi-revenue luxury
hospitality, and the ability to cultivate a positive team culture. This is a unique opportunity to
take the reins of a multifaceted hospitality operation with serious potential for impact. The
ideal candidates this role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a detail-oriented
environment and is passionate about delivering refined yet approachable service.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
โ€ข Lead all day-to-day operations of the venues
โ€ข Set and maintain elevated standards of service, professionalism to ensure exceptional guest experiences by
exceeding guest expectations and demonstrating a genuine love for the art of hospitality.
โ€ข Assisting with guests correspondences and coordinating with Host/Matire D team to managing guest
reservations pre- and post- arrival.
โ€ข Take full ownership of site performance and reputation by driving sales and ensuring seamless guest dining
experiences
โ€ข Monitor guest satisfaction metrics and resolve issues promptly with professionalism and care
โ€ข Collaborate with culinary leadership on menu execution, presentation, and overall guest experience
โ€ข Manage staff performance, attendance, and team engagement while fostering a positive, accountable, and
brand-aligned culture.
โ€ข Monitor budgeting activities, control costs, and analyze financial reports to meet business goals. Financial
oversight and responsibility to increase sales and minimize costs, including beverage, supplies, utilities and
labor.
โ€ข Overseeing, auditing, and submitting finalized payroll and supporting documentation to the HR team in a timely
and accurate manner.
โ€ข Control and management of all FOH inventories, work with Operations team for efficient provisioning and
purchasing of supplies; supervise portion control and preparation to minimize waste.
โ€ข Work closely with the Corporate Event Coordinator to ensure all private events, off-site events, and community
events are seamlessly executed
โ€ข Maintain professional restaurant image, including restaurant cleanliness/functionality, oversee and report any
repair or building maintenance required
โ€ข Ensuring a safe, secure, and healthy restaurant by following sanitation standards and procedures; complying
with health and legal regulations and maintaining security systems to reduce the risk of injury and accidents

Candidate Qualifications:
โ€ข Proven experience in Michelin-rated or equivalent high-level restaurants with a deep understanding of
hospitality, guest engagement, and service standards
โ€ข Track record of managing complex, multi-venue operations with discretion and precision.
โ€ข Highly organized, financially fluent, and proficient in hospitality systems and technology.
โ€ข Experience independently leading, mentoring, and managing large, diverse teams across different departments
โ€ข Passion for Hospitality and the ability to provide thoughtful, accurate, and precise service while creating lasting
memories for our guests
โ€ข Displays technology capacity (phones, computers, apps, software, printers, wifi routers, music systems, security
systems, etc).
โ€ข Strong food, beverage, and service knowledge aligned with elevated Michelin-starred dining standards.
โ€ข Have open full time availability to work nights and weekends, including Holidays from 1pm-Close. Overtime may
be required.
โ€ข Possess the legal ability to work with alcohol including valid all state/locally required alcohol certifications
