Job description

Isle of Wight County Schools is seeking an Instructional Assistant Welding for the 20252026 school year. This is a 10-month position supporting students in developing hands-on technical and career readiness skills in a dynamic welding program.

Qualified candidates must possess:
An Associate's Degree,
Completion of at least 60 college credit hours, or
A passing score on the Praxis Paraprofessional Assessment.


Hourly pay will be determined in accordance with the FY26 Compensation Plan.
