Job Summary:
The Paraprofessional provides assistance to teachers, and other school personnel, in the delivery of quality education and support services for students, in an array of classroom settings.
Salary & Benefits:
Paraprofessional Salary Schedule (TA)
$16.00 per hour
30 hours per week
Health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance. Employees shall be subject to the co-payment of health care costs equal to the difference between the premium cost and the annual cost limitation imposed on public employers
Education:
Must have one of the following:
(1) Earned at least 60 semester hours of college credit, or
(2) Obtained an associate's degree (or higher), or
(3) ETS Parapro Assessment (score at least 460)
(4) College Board's SAT (score at least 480 on evidence-based reading/writing and a score of 530 on math)
