Job description

The Paraprofessional assists with the instructional and non-instructional duties, as directed by the teacher.
Please see attached job description for a detailed list of the essential functions for this position. 

Salary & Benefits:

Paraprofessional Salary Schedule (TA)
$16.00 per hour, 6 hours per day
30 hours per week, 183 days per year 


Health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance. Employees shall be subject to the co-payment of health care costs equal to the difference between the premium cost and the annual cost limitation imposed on public employers.
Education:
Must have one of the following:
(1) Earned at least 60 semester hours of college credit, or
(2) Obtained an associate's degree (or higher), or
(3) ETS Parapro Assessment (score at least 460)
(4) College Board's SAT (score at least 480 on evidence-based reading/writing and a score of 530 on math)
