The (USA) Realty Project Coach is responsible for leading and managing realty execution projects by coordinating timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure successful project completion. This role involves directing associates and vendors, overseeing merchandise placement, and maintaining operational standards. The position requires effective communication with cross-functional teams to address challenges, monitor budgets, and align project plans with corporate strategies. The Realty Project Coach fosters accountability, drives continuous improvement, and ensures compliance with company policies while supporting business objectives and delivering results that enhance customer and operational outcomes.

The Realty Project Coach team leads the execution of store remodels and facility projects by managing timelines and coordinating cross-functional teams to meet project goals efficiently. They provide training, mentoring, and guidance to associates to maintain high standards in project delivery. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, the team addresses challenges, optimizes resources, and ensures clear communication throughout project phases. Focused on accountability and continuous improvement, they drive successful outcomes that support company objectives and enhance operational effectiveness across store locations.

  • Direct associates and vendors on processes, procedures, and modular plan reviews to meet facility and company goals.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and design managers to provide feedback and implement design changes.
  • Monitor budgets, assess economic impacts, and create efficient, cost-effective project schedules.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to communicate plans and adjust timelines as needed.
  • Supervise and develop associates, promoting accountability and continuous improvement.

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 1 year's experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years' experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
