Pay Range:
$13.5 - $15.5 , based on experience + TIPS!
Job Summary:
Under the direction of the General Manager, the Ice Cream Scooper will greet guests with a smile, quickly and accurately record orders, and take payment. The Ice Cream Scooper will also scoop and serve all Rainbow Cone orders while maintaining a clean and sanitary workspace.
Responsibilities:
• Communicate and work with the team to provide outstanding service to our guests
• Greeting guests and taking orders
• Scoop ice cream to fill customer orders
• Proper handling and serving of Rainbow Cone products
• Clean and sanitize the workplace
• Restock ice cream flavors in display tubs, bowls, cones, napkins, spoons, etc.
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills:
• Excellent communication and positive attitude
• Must obtain Food Handler certificate
• Must work to maintain a clean and sanitary environment
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs
