What is a Scil?

The term 'Scil' does not correspond to a widely recognized job title in most industries. Typically, job titles include a clear function or field, such as 'Data Scientist' or 'Software Engineer.' If you have more context or the full job title, I can provide a more accurate answer.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a scientist?
