Your New Role and Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients, order necessary diagnostic tests, and develop personalized care plans
  • Diagnose and treat acute, episodic, or chronic conditions collaboratively with physicians or independently (per credentialing)
  • Provide education to patients and their families on prevention, wellness, and effective disease management
  • Prescribe medications and therapies within your scope of practice

  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in electronic medical records (EMR)
Qualifications You Need
