Technology Program Manager III
Location: Dallas,TX
Duration: Long term

Minimum 8 - 10 years of overall experience in Analytics/Data Science space with 5 - 6 years experience in Scrum Master role managing multiple high performing multi-function teams Scrum and/or SAFe Agile Certification desired Working knowledge of data mining principles: predictive analytics, mapping, collecting data from multiple data systems on premises and cloud-based data sources.
Strong SQL skills, ability to perform effective querying involving multiple tables and subqueries.
Demonstrated capability to work on several projects simultaneously with cross functional team's and resources Understanding of and experience using analytical concepts and statistical techniques: hypothesis development, designing tests/experiments, analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and developing actionable recommendations for business units.
Experience working with and creating databases and dashboards using all relevant data to inform decisions.
Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities.
Strong ability to plan and manage numerous processes, people and projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication, collaboration and delegation skills.
Experience in Cloud platforms like GCP, AWS etc. is a must Experience with Data Visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI or Qlik is preferred Experience with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Experience working with Offshore/Global teams Scrum Master experience:
Sprint planning and tracking
Facilitating daily standup meetings, demo reviews, retrospectives, and sprint planning Can maintain a high level of energy and engagement A love to learn and improve as a Scrum Master, always looking to bring something new and helpful to the team
