Job description

Overview
We are seeking a skilled Program Manager to lead complex programs across our T-Mobile customer portfolio. This role requires an experienced professional with strong technical program management expertise and a proven track record of delivering successful projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple complex deliverables and outcome based programs within the Cloud, Data, AI & Applications practice
  • Implement and maintain program management processes and best practices
  • Lead and coordinate program teams of ~15-40 members, including both on-shore and off-shore resources
  • Provide mentorship to junior program managers and team members
  • Monitor program budgets and track program metrics and KPIs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and facilitate cross-functional collaboration
  • Drive business development initiatives through excellent delivery and client relationship management
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth and additional service offerings
  • Ensure consistent client satisfaction and maintain strong client relationships

Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in program management, with at least 3 years leading complex technical programs delivering to customers on deliverables or outcome based contracts.
  • Experience in client-facing roles managing program delivery and stakeholder relationships
  • Proven track record of managing teams of 15-30 members
  • Strong technical background with experience in managing software development or data-focused projects
  • Demonstrated experience in budget management and tracking program financials
  • Proficiency in implementing program management methodologies and best practices
  • Experience working with both on-shore and off-shore teams
  • Expertise in Microsoft Azure DevOps and other Agile/Scrum tools
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Agile and traditional project management methodologies
  • Knowledge of cloud, data technologies and applications
  • Industry certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM, SAFe)
  • Experience in implementing PMO processes and tools
