The Undersea Technology Portfolio, within SPA's Sea, Land, & Air Division, conducts rigorous and objective analyses to enable the Navy and other DoD organizations to make decisions, plans, and strategies to deliver emerging technologies and warfighting capabilities.  We support clients across the undersea, naval special warfare, and expeditionary warfare enterprises, including those within resourcing and requirements, acquisition, and science and technology.

SPA is seeking a Program Analyst to support NAVSEA's Naval Special Warfare Program Office.

Responsibilities

The Program Analyst will support NAVSEA's PMS 340 office by providing programmatic, analytical, and administrative support across planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution activities. This role assists with tracking program milestones, analyzing data to identify issues or risks, preparing reports and briefings, and coordinating with technical, financial, and operational stakeholders to ensure effective program performance and alignment with PMS 340 mission objectives.

QualificationsRequired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, public administration, or a related field.

  • 5 years of relevant program analysis or administrative support experience.

  • Experience supporting DoD or Navy program offices, including familiarity with program planning, scheduling, or reporting.

  • Active DoD Secret clearance.

Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with NAVSEA processes, acquisition documentation, or PMS 340 mission areas.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to support seniorlevel briefings.
