Ocean Spray is hiring for a(n) Data Visualization Analyst! We're a team of farmers, thinkers, creators, and doers. Three maverick farmers started it all - and we've been making our own way ever since.The Data Visualization Analyst role is designed to help the commercial teams extract, summarize and visualize relevant past performance metrics to drive future performance. It requires a creative thinker who has the ability to transform ideas into actionable tolls that help teams deliver their objectives. This role will:
Work across multiple business teams learning how they operate, understanding insights they need to make decisions
Analyze information from multiple data sources, external and internal to identify business drivers that affect growth and efficiency
Design reports, tools and tracking mechanisms
Translate ideas into tangible output

A Day in the Life...

Delivering insights using compelling Power BI or SAC visualization techniques for business team.
Ability to translate business needs into actionable reporting and visualization thru rapid prototyping and storytelling.
Building models and designing experiments that seek to uncover insights that drive performance.
Analyzing complex data made of unstructured, semi-structured and structured datasets to drive insights.
Active participant in designing creative new ways to use data to help commercial team drive growth.
Work in an environment with internal IT, business teams and external vendors to design and scale work-flows, templates and dashboards .

What We Are Looking For:

BA/BS in computer science or related field or equivalent relevant experience, preferably with a focus on data visualization
Minimum 5 years of related experience
Extensive experience with Data Visualization using tools like PowerBI (preferred) and Tableau
Demonstrate ability to work effectively with others within a complex, cross-functional and fast paced organization
Excellent communication. Ability to present ideas and insights to business stakeholders
CPG industry knowledge

Education:

Bachelor's or University Degree (Required)

Work Experience:

At least 3 Years of Experience

Annual Salary:

$87,400 - $120,230

The base salary range information above serves as a guideline of the position's typical hiring range.
