Job description

Account Sales Representative (ASR) - Women's Health (Dallas West)
About the Role
We are looking for a high-energy, adaptable, and results-driven Account Sales Representative (ASR) to join our Women's Health sales team in the Dallas West territory!
In this role, you will drive market adoption and business growth by supporting direct sales to OB/GYNs and Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) specialists. The Dallas West territory is a fast-paced environment with high growth potential.
You will work in lockstep with a fast-paced Clinical Field Specialist (CFS) partner. The ideal candidate isn't just a support player-they are a quick learner, a proactive go-getter, and a "sales chameleon" who can build immediate trust, match their CFS's rapid pace, and help grow the territory.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Drive Growth in current sending accounts: Work directly with your assigned CFS to execute strategic territory plans, target growth in current sending accounts and maintain them.

Partner at Pace: Work in seamless alignment with a high-speed CFS partner. Match their urgency, learn on the fly, and absorb administrative and customer support tasks so the team can close business faster.
  • Adaptable Customer Engagement: Act as a true account chameleon-effortlessly tailoring your communication style, clinical knowledge, and interpersonal approach to connect with everyone from head physicians and practice managers to medical assistance and other staff.

Account Logistics & Support: Assess the needs of medical professionals and staff members with a relentless focus on customer support, sample/logistics coordination, and rapid problem-solving.
  • Maintain & Protect Existing Business: Ensure existing accounts receive white-glove service to maintain high retention rates while introducing currently marketed products and supporting new product launches.
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Work closely with internal Natera teams to promote excellent client and patient relations, keeping confidentiality top-of-mind and strictly adhering to all compliance guidelines.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of successful B2B sales experience (background in medical, biological sciences, or diagnostics preferred).
  • Speed & Agility: Exceptionally flexible, self-motivated, and quick to learn complex clinical workflows and product portfolios without breaking stride.
  • Down-to-Earth Go-Getter: Combines an internal drive to exceed targets with a grounded, authentic personality that builds immediate rapport with clinical teams.
  • Strategic & Action-Oriented: Ability to think strategically about territory growth while executing daily tactical needs with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Resilience: Thrives in a highly competitive market; energized by overcoming objections and winning accounts back from competitors.
  • Tech & Operations: Proficient in Salesforce.com, Gmail, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Excel. Strong organizational and time management skills.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary plus uncapped quarterly commission (maximizing your earning potential).
  • Car allowance program.
  • Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) package.

The compensation package listed is for 1st year OTE, which are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. On-target earnings (OTE) represent the total potential income an employee can earn by achieving 100% of their performance goals. It combines a base salary with commissions and serves as an estimated figure rather than a guaranteed amount, providing a guideline based on average performance outcomes.
