Excellent communication, stakeholder mgmt & reporting
• 10+ years of proven IT project management experience delivering complex projects in enterprise environments.
• Lead end-to-end IT project management for quality and regulatory initiatives, ensuring alignment between business and technical teams.
• Drive project planning, execution, and delivery following established SDLC processes, including timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
• Maintain and proactively manage project plans, risks, issues, and action items, ensuring timely resolution and escalation where needed.
• Produce clear and concise status reports, dashboards, and budget tracking using standard tools (e.g., Smartsheet, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including IT and business teams, leveraging strong communication skills and assertiveness to keep projects on track.
