Job Description:

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 8+ years of program or project management experience, ideally within media, technology, or entertainment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex programs with multiple interdependencies.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Smartsheet).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Experience working in highly matrixed organizations.
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications preferred

Role is onsite. 4 days on, 1 day remote. Days to be discussed with leadership.

Senior program manager with executive presence, experience in program management with multiple work streams, and the ability to communicate effectively with executives. The role involves managing timelines, results, and alignment with OKRs, as well as overseeing IT transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have a background in sourcing vendor management, financial savvy, data experience, and familiarity with AI innovation and contract management lifecycle systems.

The role is expected to last between one to two years, with the possibility of extension. The position is based in Burbank, where the majority of the team is located.

  • Significant experience in program management, especially managing multiple workstreams holistically, not just single projects
  • Executive presence with strong communication skills for concise presentations to executives
  • Ability to ensure timelines are met, results are measured, and alignment is driven between OKRs and workstreams
  • Experience with sourcing/vendor management or knowledge of sourcing systems (e.g., Coupa, contract management lifecycle systems) is preferred
  • Financial savvy, including forecasting and ensuring financial best practices
  • Data and analytics experience, with understanding of scale and complexity in data work
  • Exposure to or experience with AI innovation is a plus, though not mandatory
  • Ability to manage status, presentations, and roadmaps for reporting
  • Experience with organizational change management (OCM) and communications planning is beneficial
