About the Role

As a Business Program Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic programs that drive measurable business outcomes. You will connect organizational priorities and OKRs to execution, ensuring programs are planned, delivered, and adopted effectively. Working across product, technology, commercial, and operations teams, you will help translate strategy into sustainable business value.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with and understand the strategic priorities and OKRs that define programs success.
  • Translate organizational strategy into clear programs scope, objectives, and business outcomes.
  • Maintain alignment between programs activity and the strategic priorities that justified investment.
  • Support investment and prioritization decisions with a clear articulation of expected business outcomes and trade-offs.
  • Identify dependencies and conflicts across the programs portfolio and escalate where required.
  • Lead programs delivery with accountability for business outcomes and monitor performance against business value metrics.
  • Develop integrated plans that account for commercial adoption, migration complexity, and customer impact.
  • Define, track, and evidence business outcomes post-delivery, including revenue, customer adoption, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs in a commercial business environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to connect programs delivery to business strategy and measurable outcomes.

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $118,300 - $219,800. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. If performed in New Jersey, the base pay range is $149,765 - $239,235. This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
