Responsibilities

Your Role:

The Data & Analytics Operations Manager leads the end-to-end management of the company's intelligence factory - a centralized hub that transforms data into actionable insights. This role is responsible for overseeing the intake, prioritization, execution, and delivery of analytical projects that support strategic and operational decision-making across the organization. The Manager partners with business leaders, data scientists, analysts, and IT teams to ensure timely, accurate, and high-impact analytics solutions.

  • Program Leadership: Oversee daily operations of the Intelligence Factory, ensuring efficient workflow from data intake to insight delivery.
  • Project Management: Prioritize and manage a portfolio of analytics and reporting initiatives; ensure alignment with business priorities and resource availability.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Act as the primary liaison between business units and analytics teams to define requirements, clarify objectives, and validate deliverables.
  • Process Optimization: Design and continuously improve standardized processes, tools, and templates for data intake, analysis, and reporting.
  • Data Quality & Governance: Ensure adherence to data governance standards and promote consistent, accurate data usage across all reporting platforms.
  • Performance Measurement: Develop and maintain KPIs for Intelligence Factory performance, delivery timelines, and customer satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a cross-functional team of analysts, data engineers, and visualization specialists; coach and develop team members to enhance analytical capabilities.
  • Innovation & Automation: Drive adoption of AI, machine learning, and automation to accelerate insight generation and improve decision support.
  • Change Management: Partner with business units to promote a data-driven culture and ensure insights are effectively translated into action.

Qualifications

We need you to have:

  • Bachelor degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics operations, or data program management.
  • Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional analytics or data teams.
  • Up to 25% travel required. 
  • Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
  • Working knowledge of data warehousing, SQL, and cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
  • Familiarity with workflow and project management tools (Jira, Smartsheet, Asana).
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex analytics into actionable business insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvement.
  • Leadership presence with a collaborative and coaching-oriented approach.
