Key Responsibilities

Coaching & Member Experience

  • Expert Instruction: Lead safe, effective, and engaging private and small group training sessions.

  • Personalized Science: Manage client programs effectively, including dotFIT supplement protocols, measurement tracking, and custom workout design.
  • Floor Presence: Maintain a clean, organized, and high-energy fitness floor, responding professionally to all member requests.
Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Drive Results: Achieve personal monthly revenue targets for private training and supplement sales.
  • Proactive Prospecting: Execute Complimentary Coaching Consultations and other outreach activities to build your client base.
  • Revenue Activities: Participate in supplement booths, body fat tables, and workshops to encourage member involvement.
Administration & Operations

  • Schedule Management: Independently manage your client calendar to ensure optimal service delivery and time management.
  • Accountability: Participate in daily 1-1 check-ins and bi-monthly meetings with the Fitness Manager.
  • Compliance: Document all daily workouts for liability and adhere to all company policies regarding payment and safety.
 Qualifications

  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of private training techniques, from initial assessment to program design.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service and the ability to operate all fitness equipment.
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required; a 4-year degree in a related field is preferred.
  •  Certifications: Current CPR/AED certification required, current dotFIT certification (or willingness to obtain), nationally recognized Personal Training certification is a plus.
  • Physical: Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and frequently lift/move 45+ lbs.
  • Availability: Must be able to work at least one weekend day.
