Is the Demand Science Rotational Program right for you?

Are you excited by data and translating analytics into marketplace predictions? We will provide you with in-depth experience into consumer insights and demand forecasting at a diverse, fast paced Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) organization. Your skill set will be enhanced by exposing you to an array of skilled Insights and Analytics professionals.

This program is structured to last roughly 2 years and will allow for consistent growth and individual development opportunities. You can expect 3 rotations throughout our Insights & Analytics organization. Rotations may include, but are not limited to: Behavioral Science, Demand Forecasting, Predictive Science, Demand Planning, Analytics and Capabilities. You can also expect to:

  • Gain hands-on experience synthesizing our expansive catalog of data sources, including syndicated data, social listening, sales, and forecasting.

  • Learn how to partner with business process owners to analyze, design, and implement systematic processes and process improvements.

  • Discover how to lead monthly forecasting process by working with partners in sales, brand, supply chain, and finance to produce a forecast reflective of trends and future initiatives.

  • Collaborate with various Insights & Analytics professionals to create data-driven recommendations and stories to share and influence cross-functional business decisions.

  • Develop capabilities for analytic approaches that are used to sense, shape, and predict demand to drive superior marketplace relevance and success.

  • Receive coaching and guidance from a program leader, functional manager, and peer sponsor.

Do you have what it takes?

  • You will complete your Bachelorโ€™s degree no later than June 2027

  • You have a general understanding of business, financial concepts, and theory behind processes

  • You desire to be a leader and grow within the Insights & Analytics organization

  • You have a passion for data and problem solving with the ability to convert analytic results into value-added strategies

  • You are proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and can effectively analyze data, develop insights, and communicate recommendations through clear, compelling presentations

  • You have proven leadership abilities (i.e. collaboration, influencing, agility & critical thinking, self-starting, etc.)

Compensation 

Pay Range:$59,000-$79,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employeeโ€™s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employeesโ€™ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
