Relevant du gestionnaire principal, Qualite corporative et Excellence de la conformite, le ou la stagiaire, Excellence corporative, appuiera l'equipe de la Qualite corporative et de la Conformite dans la mise en uvre d'initiatives liees a la qualite et a la conformite a l'echelle de l'organisation.

Ce poste offre l'occasion d'acquerir une experience pratique des systemes de qualite, des programmes d'audit, de la surveillance de la conformite et de l'analyse de donnees dans un environnement reglemente.

Responsabilites

Le ou la stagiaire, Excellence de la conformite, appuiera l'equipe de la Qualite corporative et de la Conformite en :

  • Participant a des projets lies a la qualite et a la conformite, y compris des initiatives de preparation aux audits.

  • Soutenant le telechargement et la mise a jour des donnees dans les modules qualite de MasterControl.

  • Recueillant, analysant et presentant des donnees relatives a la qualite, aux audits et a la conformite.

  • Contribuant a l'analyse des tendances des observations d'audit et a la production de rapports sur les indicateurs de qualite.

  • Appuyant la revision de documents et la mise a jour de la documentation qualite.

  • Soutenant les activites favorisant le respect des procedures de l'entreprise et des exigences reglementaires.

Formation

  • Actuellement inscrit(e) a un programme d'etudes menant a un diplome ou a un grade dans un domaine scientifique (p. ex., biologie, chimie, sciences pharmaceutiques, sciences alimentaires ou un domaine connexe), a un programme en assurance de la qualite ou a un programme en affaires reglementaires.

Experience

  • Maitrise de la suite Microsoft Office, particulierement Excel, Word et PowerPoint.

  • Une experience avec Smartsheet constitue un atout.

Job Summary

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Corporate Quality and Compliance Excellence, the Specialist, Corporate Excellence Intern will support the Corporate Quality and Compliance team with quality and compliance initiatives across the organization.

This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in quality systems, audit programs, compliance monitoring, and data analysis within a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

The Compliance Excellence Intern will support the Corporate Quality and Compliance team by:

  • Assisting with quality and compliance projects, including audit readiness initiatives.

  • Supporting the upload and maintenance of MasterControl quality modules data.

  • Collecting, analyzing, and reporting quality, audit, and compliance data.

  • Assisting with audit observation trending and quality metrics reporting.

  • Supporting document reviews and quality documentation updates.

  • Supporting activities that promote compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.

Education

  • Currently enrolled in a Science-related degree or diploma program (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Food Sciences, or a related field), Quality Assurance program, or Regulatory Affairs program.

Experience

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Exposure to Smartsheet is a plus

  • Power BI experience is a plus

Assets

Knowledge or interest in:

  • Quality Assurance and Quality Management Systems (QMS).

  • Canadian pharmaceutical GMP regulations and regulated environments.

  • Audit processes, compliance programs, or document review activities.

  • Data analysis and reporting.
