Position: Web Content ManagerLocation: Psychological Health Center of Excellence (PHCoE)Work Environment: Hybrid / Telework Eligible (Routine and situational telework is authorized. Facility space restrictions may necessitate part-time or full-time telework.)Clearance Required: TIER 2: Non-critical sensitive position (Must be able to obtain and maintain)Status: Full-TimeSalary Range: $88,000 - $105,000

Knowesis is seeking a Web Content Manager to oversee PHCoE's digital presence, ensuring that public-facing websites and social media channels are current, engaging, and compliant with DoD policies. This role utilizes analytics to measure reach and optimizes content delivery.

The Job Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
  • Provide web content management, site updates, and web design services for PHCoE platforms.
  • Generate and analyze associated web metrics reports to evaluate audience reach and engagement.
  • Provide social media expertise, assisting in social media posts, monitoring responses, and managing cross-promotion with partner sites.
  • Review all content before posting to ensure adherence to DoD and DHA public release policies.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing websites and social media platforms for large organizations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with DoD web policies and Section 508 compliance.
  • Proficiency in Content Management Systems (CMS) and digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
