Job Summary:

They are seeking an IT Program Manager to oversee multiple technology programs, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
• Lead planning and execution of large-scale IT and engineering programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards
• Manage program scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation across multiple projects
• Partner with technical leads, software developers, and systems engineers to deliver high-impact solutions
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and challenges throughout the program lifecycle
• Communicate program progress, challenges, and milestones to executive stakeholders and technical teams
• Drive process improvement and promote best practices in program management, agile delivery, and IT governance
• Ensure compliance with company and industry standards for cybersecurity, data integrity, and operational excellence
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, and/or Business
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT program or project management, preferably in technology or engineering environments
• Proven track record of leading complex, multi-disciplinary technology initiatives
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, infrastructure management, and system integration
