Description:
Under general supervision coordinates, promotes, oversees, evaluates, and performs a variety of tasks associated with several programs, events, and/or activities. Performs office/clerical tasks such as typing, filing, assisting with special projects, and other duties as required. Operates various types of office equipment, i.e., computer and golf carts. Assists patrons at the front desk through telephone calls, public interaction, and transactions. Excellent customer service skills required. Continuous contact with the public, requiring tact and patience.
Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of a standard senior high school or equivalent. Concentrated mental application required. Must have at least six (6) months office/clerical experience. Golf course experience optimal. Excel knowledge preferred. Light physical effort. Few, if any health hazards. Must be willing to work weekends and holidays. Must possess or be able to obtain Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation and First Aid certificate.
